National Calls
ZENDY UNLIMITED plans include 3,000 or 6,000 minutes, depending on the contracted rate, valid for calls to landlines and mobile phones in Spain, within what is considered reasonable usage. For the ZENDY UNLIMITED VOICE, ZENDY UNLIMITED 15GB, and ZENDY UNLIMITED 40GB plans, reasonable usage is considered up to 3,000 minutes, while for the ZENDY UNLIMITED 80GB, ZENDY UNLIMITED 160GB, and ZENDY UNLIMITED 300GB plans, reasonable usage is considered up to 6,000 minutes. Beyond the reasonable minutes for each plan, the applicable charges will be 5 cents per minute and 20 cents per call connection (VAT included).
Calls to premium rate numbers are not included.

Data
Any unused GB of data from your contracted plan will roll over to the following month. GB from bundles cannot be accumulated. Once you exceed the contracted GB of data for your plan, you can continue browsing without interruptions for an additional 1 GB at 16 kbps, courtesy of Zendy. For the Zendy Unlimited 300GB plan, once you exceed 300 GB, you can continue browsing for another 300 GB at 2 Mbps.

SMS
As a Zendy customer, you can send national and international SMS. If you don’t have an SMS plan, the prices will be 18 cents per SMS, 7 cents for international SMS to destinations within the European Union, and 60 cents for all other international SMS (VAT included).

International Calls
International calls are restricted. To activate them, you can purchase one of our international plans: ZENDY ILIMITADA 10GB +100 international minutes, ZENDY ILIMITADA 50GB + 500 international minutes, ZENDY ILIMITADA 80GB + 750 international minutes, or ZENDY ILIMITADA 100GB + 1000 international minutes (destinations included: Germany, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, USA, France, Italy, Mexico, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, and Venezuela) or purchase one of our 100 or 300 international minute bundles (destinations included. EUROPE: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, and Sweden; and also Andorra, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, and Russia. AMERICA: United States, El Salvador, Cayman Islands, Montserrat, Bolivia, Bahamas, Guatemala, Canada, Panama, Netherlands Antilles, Paraguay, Honduras, Ecuador, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, French Guiana, Costa Rica, Martinique, Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Bermuda, United States Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Once the limits established in the rate or discount are exceeded, the prices indicated in the following table will apply, with a consumption limit to avoid surprises on your bill.

EU Roaming Included
If you’re traveling within the European Union or associated countries (EU), data and calls to countries within the European Union and associated countries are included in the rate. If you’re traveling outside the European Union and associated countries, our roaming service is not activated, but you can purchase our eSIM for international travel. Call us for more information.

Service exclusively for personal use.
The User shall refrain from any unlawful or abusive use of the Zendy Service, including use of the Service for specific electrical, electronic, and/or telecommunications systems or equipment, such as baby monitors, walkie-talkies, switchboards, and others. It may not be used for commercial purposes in stores or businesses identified as call centers or cybercafes. Likewise, by way of example and not limitation, unreasonable or irregular use is presumed when the Customer uses more than 3,000 minutes or 6,000 minutes per month, depending on the contracted rate, or makes continuous calls lasting more than 90 minutes.
